Welcome to ATOM Martial Arts, established in 2012 and independent since 2022.
We are proud to be home to two official branch schools of the world-renowned Minnesota Kali Group (MKG), based in Hampshire. Our locations include MKG Winchester (Hursley) and MKG Portsmouth (Fareham), both operating under the expert guidance of MKG European Director, Guro Aaron Davis.
Our training is further enriched through our direct connection to MKG founder, Guro Rick Faye, ensuring authenticity and high standards across all programs.
In addition, ATOM maintains a strong association with the XTMA organisation, training under the instruction of Guro Daniel Lonero, which continues to influence and enhance our approach.
ATOM provides expert instruction both in-person and online of our distinctive blend of the MKG and XTMA methods of martial arts. Come and see what makes us unique.

body, mind, and spirit
Martial arts is more than punches and kicks, it’s a path to becoming the strongest version of yourself.
You’ll gain confidence that shows in every part of your life, fitness that keeps you energized, and a sharper, more focused mind.
You’ll move with strength, flexibility, and precision, react faster, and think clearer. Along the way, you’ll find friends who
feel like family, a community that supports you, and the joy of pushing past your limits.

your training, our expertise
Our instructors are all externally certified to teach the martial arts styles we offer at ATOM.
They not only train together as a team but also continue their own development through classes, seminars,
online training, and international travel.
This commitment ensures they stay at the highest level.
Just like our students, our instructors’ skills are regularly reviewed, so the quality of teaching remains second to none.
